tiny lilies
in this moment the absence
of doubt
--Devin Harrison, Canada
VOTES: 112*** SCORE: 09
COMMENTS: Poem 8 tries to provoke us by putting our imaginations to work to find out what is the connection between the absence of doubt and tiny lilies. I believe that the poems tries to suggest that very small gestures help us feel at ease and relieve us of any doubt, as we feel reassured. Small body language cues help make us
feel secure next to certain persons, we feel the confirmation of their reciprocity of feelings for us. The tiny lilies can be a symbol for affectionate gestures that, once noticed, help us get the confirmation that a certain person cares for us.
