#12 THIRD PLACE

crack of thunder -
a heron letting slip
the scared frog
--Cezar-Florian Ciobîca
Votes:321*** Points: 10
Comments:1. The humanisation of the frog's activities costs a point;
2. The word "scared" is unnecessary, but still, I like this one;
3. I would have preferred #12 without “scared” (how does the poet know the frog’s mind?), but I’m voting for it anyway.
